Welcome to Legal27, a service provided by Neural Media Inc ("Neural Media," "we," or "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Legal27 service ("Service"), including any related software and documentation.
2. Service Description
Legal27 is an AI-powered phone answering service offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). It provides an automated phone agent that handles calls, responds to inquiries, and performs various tasks based on its training.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial of the Service, which allows you to experience its features and functionalities. By starting the free trial, you agree to these Terms and understand that certain limitations may apply during the trial period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy in the instance of service malfunctions or other valid reasons for customer dissatisfaction. For users who have taken advantage of our free trial, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refund requests in legislations where it applies (ex. 14 days of the purchase in accordance with EU regulations), are applicable. Other refund requests outside the trial or outside of these terms will be evaluated at our discretion.
5. Use of the Service
5.1 Content of the Bot: The content generated by the AI phone agent is based on its training and may not always be accurate or complete. We do not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or suitability of the responses provided by the AI.
5.2 Limitations of Responsibility: You acknowledge that the use of AI technology, including the Service, has inherent limitations. Neural Media and Legal27 shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of the Service or reliance on the information provided by the AI phone agent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neural Media Inc and Legal27 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
7. Payment and Subscription
7.1 All payments for the Service are processed through Paddle. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to comply with Paddle's terms and conditions.
7.2 Subscription fees and billing cycles are outlined on the Legal27 website and may be subject to change. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on your chosen subscription plan.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Legal27, including but not limited to software, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks, are the property of Neural Media Inc. No license or right to use any intellectual property is granted under these Terms, except for the limited right to access and use the Service as specified herein.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Affiliate Program
10.1 Affiliate Program Overview: We offer an Affiliate Program which allows you to earn commissions ("Affiliate Commissions") for successful referrals of customers to the Service ("Affiliate Program"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as the Affiliate Program policies and guidelines, including any modifications that we may make to it in the future.
10.2 Affiliate Registration: To become an affiliate ("Affiliate"), you must complete the affiliate registration process. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and is your own or that you are authorized to share it. We may reject your application at our discretion.
10.3 Prohibition of Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are not permitted under the Affiliate Program. You are not allowed to sign up for Legal27 through your own affiliate link. Any detected self-referrals will result in the immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of any earned Affiliate Commissions.
10.4 Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Misleading Activities: Any attempts to abuse our Affiliate Program, mislead, manipulate, or defraud us or potential customers are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites, making false or misleading statements, or creating multiple accounts. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any Affiliate Commissions.
10.5 Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from running any search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that directly compete with our own marketing and could potentially confuse customers. This includes bidding or targeting keywords containing "Legal27" or any other Neural Media Inc trademarks. Any detected violations will result in the immediate termination of your account.
10.6 No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not impersonate or pretend to act on behalf of Neural Media Inc or Legal27. Actions such as posing as an employee or representative of our company are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must also clearly disclose their relationship with us in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements.
10.7 Payment Terms: Affiliate Commissions will be paid out in accordance with our Affiliate Program policies. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees or banking charges related to these payments. We reserve the right to modify our commission rates at any time with notice to you.
10.8 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws, copyright laws, and data protection laws. Any violations may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any Affiliate Commissions.
10.9 Amendments to Affiliate Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms of the Affiliate Program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on the Legal27 website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following a change to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason, especially if these Terms are violated.
